I. The structure of the oil press

1. Feeding mechanism
The feeding system includes a hopper and a screw conveyor. The hopper is used to store raw materials, and the screw conveyor evenly transports the raw materials to the pressing chamber through rotation to ensure that the raw materials enter the pressing system smoothly.
2. Press chamber mechanism
The pressing chamber is the core of the oil press, which consists of a pressing ring, a pressing screw, and a pressing screw shaft. The pressing screw is attached to the pressing screw shaft, and the raw materials are squeezed through the spiral pattern and the pressing ring. As the thread pitch decreases, the pressure increases, and the oil is squeezed out to the maximum extent. The pressing screw, pressing ring, and pressing screw shaft are all quenched, with high hardness, long life, and less wear.
3. Base
The base supports the whole machine, allowing it to be placed on the ground stably to avoid wear. The base is made of high-hardness carbon steel.
4. Electric control box

5. Adjustment mechanism
The Adjustment mechanism can adjust the thickness of the cake.
6. Deceleration mechanism
The Deceleration mechanism adjusts the speed through the gear transmission system, increases the pressing pressure, and improves the oil output rate. At the same time, it can forcibly cut off the power when the pressing pressure is too large, protect the machine, and extend its service life.
II. Working principle of oil press
The oil press adopts the physical pressing principle to obtain oil by screw pressing raw materials. The pressing process is as follows:
1. Raw material pre-treatment
Before pressing, the raw materials need to be cleaned and impurities (such as stones, weeds, etc.) need to be removed to ensure the normal operation of the oil press and ensure the quality of the oil.
2. Feeding and pressing
Put the raw materials into the hopper and send them into the pressing chamber through the conveyor. The screw and the ring squeeze each other, and as the bite gap decreases, the pressure increases, thereby increasing the oil yield.
3. Secondary pressing (not necessary)
The dry cake after the first pressing can be pressed for a second time to further extract oil. The dry cake can also be sold as feed to increase the added value of the product.
