Hot pressing method:

1.Pretreatment:

Wash, dry and peel the flax seeds.

2.Preheating:

The flax seeds are heated at a temperature of 70-110°C, or fried or steamed at high temperature.

3.Pressing:

Put the preheated flax seeds into the press for pressing.

4.Filtration and refining:

The crude oil is filtered, precipitated and refined to remove impurities and impure components.

Products Description

A 30TPD flaxseed oil production line mainly requires the following equipment to complete:

Stone remover machine, which is used to remove stones, soil and other impurities in the raw flaxseed to keep the raw materials clean and ensure the quality of the oil.
Material transfer bin, where the cleaned flaxseed raw materials are temporarily stored and transferred, so as to facilitate the subsequent feeding into the oil press.
Steaming and frying wok, which is used to condition the raw flaxseed at low temperature, which is conducive to the subsequent oil pressing.
Flaxseed oil press machine, which are used to spirally press the linseed to obtain flaxseed oil. This design is a two-pass pressing, with 3 sets oil presses in the first pass and 3 sets oil presses in the second pass, so as to maximize the raw material to reach the highest oil output.
Leaf oil filter, which vibrates and filters the crude flaxseed oil to remove oil residue, solid impurities, etc.
Refining equipment, which further refines the filtered flaxseed oil to improve the oil quality and obtain the best quality finished linseed oil.
