Production Description
This Gravity Destoner Machine achieves efficient separation by utilizing the difference in specific gravity between materials and impurities, combined with the effects of airflow and vibrating screens. Product Structure
This stoning machine is mainly composed of feeding mechanism, air suction adjustment device, air chamber, screen body, machine base, screen surface inclination adjustment mechanism, vibration motor, etc.
Work Principle
The specific gravity stone remover uses the combined effects of vibration, air suction and fish scale screen to separate the material from the side stones according to their specific gravity and suspension speed.
