The Stone Removal Process is as Follows
- The material falls onto the flow baffle in the air chamber through the feed inlet, and the material is evenly covered on the entire width of the screen surface due to the vibration of the machine.
- Under the combined action of vibration and airflow, the material is automatically layered according to the specific gravity and particle size of the material, and the material, shoulder stones, and impurities with larger specific gravity move to the tail and head ends of the screen surface for classification, respectively.
- The material is discharged from the discharge outlet at the tail (lower end) of the machine, and shoulder stones and impurities with larger specific gravity are discharged from the stone outlet at the head (upper end) of the screen.
- Light impurities such as husks and dust are sucked away by the air suction port, and the amount of suction is adjusted by the air volume adjustment device.

Sturcture Of Stone Remove Machine
This Stone Remove Machine is mainly composed of a feeding mechanism, a suction regulating device, a wind chamber, a screen body, a machine base, a screen surface tilt angle adjusting mechanism, a vibrating motor, and other parts.
Some Tips Of Using The Stone Remove Machine
1. About the screen surface
Clean the screen surface weekly to ensure unobstructed screen holes. Use compressed air or a wire brush to clean the screen surface. Do not strike the screen surface, as this may cause bending, deformation, or alteration of the fish-scale hole shape. If any wear-through is found on the screen surface, replace it immediately.
2. About replacing the screen plate
When replacing the screen plate, ensure it is horizontally level. The fish-scale holes for stone removal and those for the backflushing fish-scale holes for finer particles must be installed in the correct directions.
3. About the disassembly and assembly
This machine requires high sealing. During disassembly and assembly, use sealing gaskets for parts related to the suction system to prevent air leakage.
4. About the motor bearings
Lubricate the motor bearings every three months. Regularly check all handles, handwheels, and connecting bolts for looseness, paying particular attention to the bolts connecting the vibrating motor.
