The HT-JL250 mini oil refinery machine consists of a refining tank, a decolorizing tank, an oil transfer pump, a hot water tank and an electrical control cabinet. It is equipped with an automatic temperature control device, a heat insulation device and a feeding buffer device, which can realize the refining of crude oil. Operation Process

The production capacity of HT-JL250 small edible oil refining device: the refining tank processing capacity is 200~250kg/tank, and the decolorizing tank filtration capacity is 4~5 hours/tank.

The processing cycle of the refining tank is related to the quality of the raw oil and the grade requirements of the refined oil. When the quality of the raw oil is good and the refined oil reaches grade 4 or grade 3, it takes about 4 hours to process one tank after heating, hydration, sedimentation, dehydration and other processes. When the crude oil quality is poor and the finished oil grade requirements are high, it takes more than 8 hours to process a tank of oil through heating, hydration, sedimentation, alkali refining, water washing, dehydration and other processes.
