(1) Raw materials and processing capacity
Our company has a variety of models and can recommend suitable machines according to the user's raw materials and processing capacity. For example, for sunflower seeds, we recommend the 120 model . (2) Pressing method
There are currently two squeezing methods in the world, hotting pressing and cooked pressing (whether the raw materials are fried or not). The processing capacity of the oil press machine will also be reduced to a certain extent due to different processing methods. The processing capacity of raw pressing is about half of that of cooked pressing, and the corresponding oil yield of raw pressing will be lower.
(3) Other conditions (voltage,labor cost,edible oil grade.....)
Some other factors will also be considered when recommending an oil press.
One, the local voltage. The voltage standards of different countries are different, and the power consumption is also different (for example, some areas in Africa have power restrictions). The corresponding motors are also different, and they also need to be adjusted according to the local voltage conditions to ensure that the machine can be put into use;
Two, Company labor costs. Different customers have different needs for labor. Our company currently has two different types of oil mill machine: single and combined. If a singel machine wants to achieve the effect of a combined machine, it needs to be equipped with an oil filter, which requires more manpower to operate the machine.
And the demand for edible oil grade. Different customers have different requirements for the grade of edible oil squeezed out.For example, some customers need crude oil, so there is no need to equip an oil filter. Some customers want oil that can be sold directly, so we recommend that it is best to equip an oil filter. Some customers even want high-quality edible oil, so we recommend that customers add refining equipment.
