I.Classification by raw material source

Vegetable oil:

oil extracted from seeds, fruits or nuts of plants. This is the oil with the largest consumption and use in the world. 
Animal oil:

II. Classification by processing technology

Cold pressing:

The oil obtained by physical pressing at a temperature below 60 degrees Celsius is cold pressed oil. This method can better preserve the nutrients in the raw materials and the flavor of the raw materials themselves.

Hot pressing:The raw material is roasted, the pressing can get the hot-pressed oil.

Refining:

The oil obtained by a series of processes is refined oil. It has high stability, storage resistance and high smoke point, but loses the natural flavor of the raw materials.
